Inline Dilution Systems
An inline dilution system that rethinks inline dilution. The N+1 AdaptX Inline Dilution skid was built on the premise that you should never have to design a process around an inline dilution system, instead you should just bring the inline dilution functionality to your process wherever and whenever you want it.
This mobile, space conscious system (1/3rd the footprint of our competitors) starts with a fully automated robust, pulsation dampened delivery system controlled by single use coriolis mass flow meters. Each half system can be designed with up to 4 inlets and 1 outlet with a full system offering up to 8 inlets and 1 outlet when working in tandem.
Gone are the days where inline dilution is just a full scale GMP manufacturing optimization, our benchtop systems allow for early R&D adoption and easy access to process characterization to ensure maximum process improvement viability at bench scale and linear scaling to your perfect commercial implementation.
Both benchtop and cGMP suite systems are powered by a customers choice of CFR 21 Part 11 compliant automation packages including N+1 Liminal, Siemens, Rockwell, or DeltaV options as well as customizable mixing point outlet(s).
