FOUNDER / CEO

Founder of N+1 Process Engineering Solutions LLC, Robert started his career in the design of commercial scale mAb processes with AZ Biologics prior to designing high throughput GT workflows for Thermo Fisher VVS. Following work within the Thermo Fisher Innovation team Rob founded N+1 to focus on novel systems, novel single use devices, and superior project management / process engineering services.

Since conception N+1 has worked to define a portfolio of next generation skidded system solutions for advanced therapeutic manufacturing while also supporting capital project management and process engineering efforts for mRNA manufacturing clients.

PARTNER / EVP Commercial Systems & Automation Development

Connor brings deep expertise in cGMP-compliant workflows, equipment, and subcomponent design, specializing in Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, Microbiome, and mRNA processes. His experience extends to equipment validation and startup, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence in highly regulated environments.

Prior to joining N+1, Connor held pivotal roles in Manufacturing (MFG) and Process Engineering with leading CDMO and owner companies, including Thermo Fisher VVS and Arranta Bio, where he contributed to the successful development and commercialization of advanced therapies.
