AdaptX MPF (Multi Purpose Filtration) Systems can be used with your choice of hollow fiber or flat sheet filters and are available in benchtop, pilot, and full production scale systems. AdaptX systems come out of the box capable of 6 unique unit operational configurations.

Inside of its space conscious footprint AdaptX filtration systems are fully redundant with each identical side capable of separate operations in series or in parallel. This allows AdaptX to either handle double the filtration surface area or be used in series to achieve higher process concentrations or to be run semi continuously with process streams from one half of the system feeding the subsequent downstream operation on the other side of the system.
Did we mention that AdaptX systems are also out of the box inline dilution capable to cut down the floorspace needed for your diafiltration buffer?
AdaptX benchtop and cGMP suite systems are powered by a customers choice of CFR 21 Part 11 compliant automation packages including N+1 Liminal, Siemens, Rockwell, or DeltaV options as well as customizable mixing point outlet(s).

With AdaptX your operations team does not need to worry about installation of bulky single use flow kits in your clean room that are easily damaged. AdaptX modular single use manifolds are designed to be intuitive, easily installed, light weight, and easy to package and ship, resulting in less errors, less damage, and an overall cleaner user setup and breakdown experience.
This also allows the end user to keep their unit operational costs as optimized as possible by only consuming the optimized configuration that they need for unit operation execution.
The modular approach also allows the AdaptX skid the open architecture engineering to accommodate any filter, hollow fiber or flat sheet and be designed to fully maximize your processes filter utilization strategy whether single or multi use.

As an example: setup one half of your AdaptX system to perform Viral Filtration, setup the other side to run Single Pass Tangential Flow Filtration or Recirculated Ultrafiltration and Diafiltration and instantly your operations team gains the benefit of a single platform running a semi continuous manufacturing process within your downstream suite at an exponentially reduced floorspace footprint.
Need to perform a concentration that would normally require two UF/DF steps in series? Great! the AdaptX can run one UF/DF filter on one half the system and have it flow continuously or through a break tank into the second UF/DF process on the other half of the skid.
Want to try and achieve the benefits of Asymmetric Dialysis in lowing the total necessary diafiltration buffer volumes of your process and running a traditional UF/DF as a now single pass operation? Excellent! Use AdaptX’s out of the box Asymmetric Dialysis Automation with your choice of single use filter and our modular single use manifolds and gain those benefits.
